A full-stack review of FitBiomics' paid media, attribution, SEO positioning, and offer architecture — and the exact actions that close the gap.
Introduction
Bullseye Agency (now Daly Advertising) has spent 9 years building profitable campaigns for ecommerce brands in health and wellness.
We've worked with brands like Trubrain, King Kanine, Etta Vita, and many others. Our focus is Ethical Marketing that converts — not growth at any cost, but growth that is profitable, sustainable, and built to last.
In 2026 we made a deliberate shift toward Machine to Machine Marketing. The old model optimized for the end user. The new model optimizes for the algorithm — building creative systems, data infrastructure, and offer architecture that puts the right message in front of the right person automatically, at scale, without manual intervention.
Business
Overview
After a trough in 2024, FitBiomics recovered sharply in 2025 and is pacing toward $1M for the first time in 2026. The foundation is real. The ceiling hasn't been found yet.

Ad
Data
Two agencies. Three years. The same structural problem — the avatar was in the targeting, the message never matched.
Agency History
ES Agency (2025): $127,979 total spend. 0.86x ROAS. Ran Poop Pill Harvard copy to all audiences. Best performing ad: Nick, 52 skeptic testimonial — 2.63x ROAS, 30 purchases. That ad was never scaled.
SAM Agency (2026–present): Simplified to master athlete copy. One message, all audiences. GLP-1 targeting with athlete messaging. Same core problem persists.
Google Ads — May 2026
Total spend: $8,927 | Total conv. value: $6,225 | ROAS: 0.70x
Key findings from the Google account:
SEO & Keyword Gap
FitBiomics' core brand positioning has near-zero organic search demand. The athlete-science angle, the GLP-1 angle, the lactic acid angle — nobody is searching for any of it. "Probiotic for athletes" = 210 searches/month. "Athlete probiotic supplement" = 0.
The strain and category keyword landscape confirms the problem. Most of the terms FitBiomics' messaging is built around have no measurable search volume.
Competitive Search Landscape
| Competitor / Term | Monthly Searches | Position / Relevance | FitBiomics Opportunity |
|---|---|---|---|
| Seed | 90,500 | Owns general probiotic authority | Not competing directly |
| Pendulum | 12,100 | Owns GLP-1 / metabolic space | Direct V-Nella competitor |
| Best probiotic for women | 49,500 | Nobody owns performance-minded active woman | Nella whitespace |
| Veillonella atypica | 480 | Zero competitors bidding | FitBiomics should own this |
What Customers
Actually Report
The ads say "Harvard scientists bottled Olympian gut bacteria." The customers say it fixed their sleep. That gap is the opportunity.
Reviewers lead with sleep improvements — falling asleep faster, staying asleep, waking refreshed. Digestion and mood follow. The customer experiencing Nella is not an Olympian. She's exhausted, bloated, and hasn't slept properly in months.
Reviewers are athletes reporting real metrics — pace times, VO₂ max, consecutive PRs. But also: Long COVID patients, 65+ adults who "feel 10 years younger," and people who stopped relying on caffeine. Much wider than the current athletic positioning.
Nella — Top Reported Benefits
Falling asleep faster · staying asleep · deeper sleep · less morning fatigue
IBS relief · less bloating · regular bowel movements · constipation resolved
Sustained daily energy · better workout performance · less fatigue
Better emotional balance · calm · greater sense of overall wellness
V-Nella — Top Reported Benefits
"Extra gear" · no afternoon crash · less caffeine dependence · battery upgrade
Better pace · new PRs · improved VO₂ max · longer workouts · more power
Less soreness · train more frequently · reduced post-workout fatigue · "felt younger"
Waking refreshed · better overnight recovery · easier to fall asleep
Representative Testimonials

"Sleeping so well. Unexpected and remarkable."
"My running pace improved by over 3 minutes. I feel like I found an extra gear."
"I'm 65 and feel 10 years younger. Battery pack upgrade."
"Life-changing improvement in IBS. Regular again at age 76."
"Long COVID wrecked my energy. V-Nella gave it back."

Time to Results — Customer-Reported
Some users report first signs — better sleep, less bloating. Early adopters who notice fast and stay forever.
The majority see significant change here. This is the commitment window — and exactly when the trial funnel should convert them to 90-day.
Long-term users report continued improvement. This is the retention story — benefits compound, making cancellation genuinely costly.
Identified
Issues
Four specific, fixable problems that are actively suppressing revenue right now. None of them are product problems.
Recharge subscription renewals are not passing to GA4. Every recurring charge is invisible to Google's attribution model. Smart Bidding, PMax, and LTV optimization are all operating on first-purchase data only. The LTV signal feeding Google's products reflects a fraction of actual customer value — making every bid strategy and budget decision structurally incorrect.
Fix: Elevar — native Recharge + GA4/Google Ads server-side integration
~280 purchase events tracked vs 1,000+ actual monthly orders. Only first-time checkout events fire. Every subscription renewal is invisible. Meta reported CAC: ~$100. ClickMagick true CAC: ~$200. 2x overstatement. Meta's algorithm is optimizing on fabricated efficiency. Every budget decision, every bid strategy, every scaling call has been made on a number that's wrong by 100%.
| Metric | Meta Pixel | ClickMagick (Ground Truth) | Gap |
|---|---|---|---|
| Add to Cart | 82 | 45 | 1.8x |
| Initiate Checkout | 68 | 16 | 4.25x |
| Purchase | 43 | 24 | 1.8x |
| Reported CAC | $112 | $201 | 1.8x |
Fix tiers: Elevar (full server-side) | Custom Recharge webhook → CAPI (~$250/mo) | ClickMagick pass-through ($99–200/mo — quickest path)
200/200 credits used, 5 days remaining on limited plan. Review counts: Nella 130, V-Nella 41, Bundle 4. Only 0.38% of orders generate a review — 99.6% of social proof is walking out uncaptured. Bundle's 4 reviews is effectively invisible trust signal for a $135 product. The review gap is actively suppressing conversion on the highest-AOV product in the catalog.
Fix: Upgrade Okendo plan or switch to a higher-tier review platform
42 active ads. 39 run identical copy verbatim — "Your probiotic could never. Harvard scientists bottled Olympian gut bacteria..." — sent to every audience, every placement, every campaign. The 8.4x conversion gap: 1 ad to Nella product page drove 21 purchases. 2 ads to GLP-1 landing page (same athlete copy) drove 2.5 purchases per ad. Same budget. Same period. Only variable: message match.
| Ad Copy | Landing Page | Issue |
|---|---|---|
| "Your probiotic could never" | "Fight GLP-1 Fatigue" | Complete tone mismatch |
| Nella in body copy | GLP-1 page sells V-Nella only | Wrong product promoted |
| "One capsule daily" | Bundle = two capsules | Direct contradiction |
| No subscription mention | Every page is a subscription | Customers land blind |
| No HSA/FSA mention | "Pay with HSA/FSA" badge on GLP page | Strongest trust signal invisible pre-click |
| No savings claim | Bundle: "Up to $45 savings" | Best value argument never stated |
The Exhausted segment — FitBiomics' widest audience — has never had a single ad written for them. The Sleep Fix campaign was launched once, not scaled, and paused.
Fix: Build avatar-specific creative system. Message → Ad → Landing Page → Offer all aligned per segment.

Opportunities
Two high-confidence revenue recovery levers that don't require a dollar of additional acquisition spend.
Renewal rates are declining and the leaked revenue is compounding. Rate dropped 5.6 points in one year. 1,022 renewals lost in 2026 at ~$72/renewal = ~$74K recoverable annually through dunning flows, cancel-save sequences, and payment retry logic — without spending a dollar on new acquisition.
| Year | Renewal Rate | Scheduled | Renewed | Lost | Est. Recovery |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2025 | 81.3% | 6,310 | 5,128 | 1,182 | ~$85K/yr |
| 2026 | 75.7% | 4,205 | 3,183 | 1,022 | ~$74K/yr |
Bundle is 22% of subscribers but 35% of estimated monthly revenue. At $105/mo subscription and $315 for a 90-day upfront commitment, it's the highest-LTV product in the catalog with the fewest customers. If Bundle's subscriber share matched Nella's 48%, revenue would scale significantly without adding new acquisition volume. The math: 680 Bundle subscribers at $105/mo = ~$71K MRR from a single product shift. Current: $32,655.
Growth
Strategy
Four strategic shifts that transform the acquisition economics from unprofitable to scalable — and build the compounding infrastructure to sustain $2M+ ARR.
The product has no answer to the most natural post-purchase question: for how long? Users who don't have a time horizon default to "until it runs out" — exactly when churn happens. A clear 90-day usage roadmap transforms a supplement into a protocol and makes cancellation feel like quitting halfway through something.
No forum, no shared tips, no user hacks. Probiotics are a category where results vary — that ambiguity either builds community (people comparing notes) or kills retention (people assuming it's not working). Currently there is nothing to hold users together between purchases.
Strategy 03 — Pricing & Offer Architecture
Make entry stupid simple. The 3-Step Funnel:
14-day trial at 50% off entry price. Dead-simple, low commitment. The lowest-friction door into the product.
At day 14, convert to 90-day plan (paid upfront). The belief window — when results are landing. Commitment happens here.
Complete 90 days → rebate of trial cost back to card. Rewards completion, creates loss aversion against cancelling.
Strategy 04 — Funnel Economics
The industry threshold for a scalable subscription business is 3:1 LTGP:CAC. FitBiomics today: 1.67:1 — below threshold, cannot scale profitably. With the trial funnel, all three products exceed 7:1.
| Product | Trial Price | 90-Day Plan | Total 90d Revenue | Est. CAC | Net Profit | LTV:CAC |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Nella | $29.99 | $147 (3×$49) | $176.99 | $25 | $151.99 | 7.1:1 |
| V-Nella | $29.99 | $192 (3×$64) | $221.99 | $25 | $196.99 | 8.9:1 |
| Bundle | $49.99 | $315 (3×$105) | $364.99 | $50 | $314.99 | 7.3:1 |

Key Insights
Steps
Forward
A modular engagement structure — start where the leverage is highest, layer in channels as the foundation is built.
Fix the site to close the conversions the ads are already generating. Message-matched hero per product/audience. Subscription value stated above the fold on every PDP. Mobile checkout UX optimized. Deep links to bypass iOS in-app webview (worth ~$9,100/mo alone). PageSpeed targeting sub-3s LCP (currently 8.8s–11s mobile). Social proof repositioned at friction points. GA4 + tracking firing correctly through checkout.
Estimated revenue recovery: ~$13,600/mo
Includes 1×30s video/month + 1 AI creative/month. Est. ad spend: $5,000/mo (paid directly to platform). Restructure the current $8,927/month spend returning 0.70x ROAS. Kill wasted placements, build cold prospecting aligned to the trial offer, own the account going forward.
FitBiomics already ran a 30s TV commercial. CTV reaches the Exhausted segment on streaming, after work, in the exact mindset where a fatigue-solution message lands. Amazon Ads layers purchase-intent and health interest data on top of reach. Est. ad spend: $5,000/mo (paid directly to platform).
Executed in partnership with Monster Agency (monsteragency.com). Full TikTok Shop setup and product catalog integration. 1x real UGC/week. 2x AI organic content/week. 12+ pieces of content per month.
Weekly strategy sessions. Creative OS build and operation. AI dynamic copy generation per avatar × product × funnel stage. Data and attribution infrastructure (Elevar, GA4, ClickMagick). CTO function — spec, brief, QA, and ship the retention mechanics, trial funnel, and cancel-save flows. FitBiomics is building toward $2M+ ARR. That stage requires a strategic layer — not just campaign execution.

"The infrastructure is broken. The attribution is broken. The offer architecture cannot scale. Fix those three things and you have a fundamentally different business — one where every dollar in acquisition returns a predictable multiple out."
